Cancellation policy
At The Loose Moose, we understand that plans can change, whether you picked the wrong bottle or need to adjust your order. If you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via email, phone, or live chat.
Before dispatch: If your cancellation request comes before the daily cut‑off time (9 am) and your order has not yet been prepared for delivery, we’ll issue a refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee.
After dispatch: If your order has already been sent out for delivery, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Please note that exchanges or cancellations can only be made before delivery, once a delivery attempt is underway, changes are no longer possible.
