AROMAS: A fragrant nose with aroma’s plums and red berry aromas are supported by spice and some subtle mint notes.

PALATE: This dark purple Cabernet Sauvignon has everything you want from a big Aussie red aromas of dark fruit supported by subtle savoury notes lead perfectly onto sumptuous flavours of ripe plum and blackberry.

VINIFICATION:

The Cabernet fruit was fermented in separate parcels in a combination of static fermenters and underwent daily pumping over the skins. Following primary fermentation, the wine was pressed off into tank & barrels for Malo- lactic fermentation and maturation. The separate parcels blended together to create the finished product.
