    A juicy number packed with strawberries and cherries with a hint of spice. This should be your go to easy drinking red, whether at home, at a friend's, or our favourite relaxing under a tree with a baguette and brie.

    ORIGIN: IGP Pays d’DOc, France

    VARIETAL: 100% Pinot Noir

    COLOUR: Ruby with purple hues

    AROMAS: Elegant notes of red berries (strawberry, cherry, griottes) combined with soft spices aromas with a hint of vanilla.

    PALATE: Flavours of ripe red berries, roasted coffee, and spicy notes on the long and elegant finish

    VINIFICATION:

    Destemming of the grape. Fermentation with selected yeast at 28°C maximum. Maceration for 15 days and then pressing. Only the first presses are reincorporated into the wine. The wine is put in barrel prior to malolactic fermentation. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 3 months and will then be bottled.
