What is the return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or unusable, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We don’t accept returns for change of mind, but don’t worry, we only stock bottles we’d happily drink ourselves. Click here to read the full return policy
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all purchases are considered final unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. We don’t accept returns for change of mind, but we’re always here to help if something’s wrong with your order.
When will I get my order?
Same-day delivery: Order before 1pm, get it by 9pm. Next-day delivery: For orders after 1pm, or for Saturdays (order by Friday).
Note: No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Where do your wines come from?
Our wines are sourced straight from small, passionate winemakers in Australia, France, Italy, and New Zealand. No factory blends or supermarket fillers, just honest drops crafted in real vineyards, by people who live and breathe grape.
How much does shipping cost?
